Are you a skilled IT Project Manager with a passion for delivering successful projects on time and within budget? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and take charge of planning, executing, and finalizing various IT projects. As an IT Project Executive, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating team efforts, managing resources, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

 

Requirements

  • Collaborate with new clients to gather requirements and develop project plans, including architecture and modules.
  • Define project scope and prepare Project Requirement Document based on client specifications.
  • Coordinate with the Tech Team to estimate Man Days for each project and create a development timeline using Gantt Chart.
  • Lead project execution, ensuring tasks are completed within allocated Man Days and schedule.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Document project details, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, providing leadership and support to team members.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with clients to gather feedback and obtain project sign-off.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for Support Requests and Change Requests.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance activities as needed by the project.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
